while being a Personal Assistant, i always treat and consider my boss as my partner - not the boss BOSS.

why ? coz i surely know that he CAN'T live without me. here are some facts :

1. he will not answer the so-many-silly incoming calls that keep the phone ringing all the time ! - he will let me do it...

2. he has no willingness to deal with people who are desperate to meet him and set up so many appointments - just to get his signature for credit approval ! - he will leave it to me to arrange...

3. he will pretend to be in a sudden, urgent meeting than to meet government people asking for donation ! - he will ask me to be more generous.... hahahaha [just kidding boss !]

regretfully, i CAN'T live without him either. why ?

1. he is the source of my income.
2. my salary increment depends so very much on his appraisal.
3. ... hmm... can't find any further ! hahahaha...

So, here we go... we are partners, and partners always try to do their best to achieve the goal - TOGETHER. both of us are paid by the company : the salary, the fringe benefits, the life insurance, the facilities, etc. - so, what's the difference ? ehm... only that he is much older than you - hahahaha.... by having this mind-set, you don't need to invite the stress to pass your table. you will work with full energy, high enthusiasm, ultimate creativity and - last but not least - full of humor. you still have time to laugh, smile and relax.
